Who we are

NBO Leadership Sdn Bhd (“NBOL”, “we”) is a Malaysian consulting firm with its registered office at A-10-07, Phileo Damansara 1, 9 Jalan 16/11, 46350 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. This notice explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

This website stores no personal data on its own servers. When you contact us — through the contact form (which opens an email from your own mail client), by email or by telephone — we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, organisation, role, contact details and the subject of your enquiry.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a professional relationship develops, to deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell personal data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Assessment data

Personal data processed in the course of client engagements — including assessment and diagnostic data — is governed by the engagement agreement with the client organisation, handled confidentially, and retained only as long as professionally and legally required.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its processing. Write to info@nboleadership.com and we will respond promptly.
